The sender posts a delivery
Pickup address, one or more drop-offs, what's being sent and a photo if you like. The app quotes a price on the spot.

Nearby drivers ask to take it
Drivers with the right vehicle see the gig and request it. The sender sees each driver's rating and history and approves one.

Pickup, then live tracking
The driver heads to the pickup, collects the package and sets off. Each recipient gets a text with a link that shows the driver on a map.

Delivered, with proof
The driver photographs the handover at every stop. The sender can rate the driver and add a tip, which goes to the driver in full.
